I are very happy with my new Kia and am looking forward to having it serviced at Hawkinson Kia in the Matterson Auto Mall. I purchased my car from Nick. Nick is a good fellow and he treated me great! I did not know what I wanted and he was very patient with me and showed me many different models. He even showed me some used vehicles that might work for me, but I decided to buy new thanks to Nick and all his great knowledge. He got me the deal I needed. Dan Gray in the finance department was also great. He got me the rate I was looking for that would fit into my tight budget. Nick walked me around the entire store because it was new and it was was very clean. It also has a nice waiting area when you have your car serviced there. It has a big screen tv to watch and free beverages to drink. What a comfortable place to wait for your car. Everyone, including Bob Hawkinson the owner of Hawkinson Kia in the Matteson Auto Mall, was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Bob introduced himself to me and thanked me for buying a car from Hawkinson Kia. What a great guy! I was treated like family. Nick also took me to the service department so I knew where to come when my new Kia needs to be serviced. I think everyone there is very friendly and professional. I was given free oil changes for life with my Kia purchase and I am looking forward to returning to the service department at Hawkinson Kia because everyone was super nice there too!
